Alternate Rent Options
TENANT(S) HAVE AN OPTION OF PAYING DIRECTLY BY CREDIT CARD. ALL CREDIT CARDS OR CHECKING OPTIONS COME WITH A SERVICE TRANSACTION BANKING FEE TO BE ADDED DIRECTLY TO RENT DUE AT TIME OF PAYMENT. Use of credit card will include a 3.29% Bank Transaction fee.
Lease Payments
Tenants to pay LEASE PAYMENT in full per lease amount. Partial payment will be CONSIDERED with a written agreement, otherwise partial payments may be returned.
